राम मंदिर फैसले को लेकर शायर मुनव्वर राना ने की पूर्व CJI के खिलाफ़ अभद्र टिप्पणी

वैसे तो जाने माने शायर मुनव्वर राना मां पर लिखी अपनी शायरी के लिए जाने जाते हैं, लेकिन इस बार सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पूर्व प्रधान न्यायाधीश सीजेआई रंजन गोगोई पर एक बेहद आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी कि वज़ह से चर्चा में हैं.
<a href="https://www.newsnationtv.com/india/news/munawwar-rana-tarket-former-cji-ranjan-gogoi-on-ram-temple-verdict-and-bhumi-pujan-153610.html">न्यूज़ नेशन</a> से बात करते हुए उन्होंने पूर्व CJI को ‘बिका हुआ’ तक कह दिया. कुछ ऐसे भी अपशब्द कहे जिनका इस्तेमाल यहाँ नहीं किया जा सकता. मुनव्वर राणा ने रंजन गोगोई को राज्यसभा सदस्य बनाए जाने पर कहा है कि राम मंदिर पर उनका फैसला अच्छा था या बुरा, उन्हें राज्यसभा की सदस्यता नहीं दी जानी चाहिए थी.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट पर सवाल उठाते हुए उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि राम मंदिर मामले में न्याय नहीं हुआ बल्कि धोखाधड़ी हुई है.
राना वीडियो में बात करते हुए कहते हैं, “अगर आप किसी मौलवी से ताबीज लिखवाते हैं तो वो रुपए नहीं लेता है, एक कप चाय तक नहीं पीता है, लेकिन रंजन गोगोई ने राज्यसभा की सदस्यता ले ली… इसका क्या मतलब हुआ साहब?”

उन्होंने कहा कि इस मामले में दो लोगों ने मिल कर फैसला कर दिया, सब गलत हुआ और सब कुछ अपनी मर्जी से कर दिया गया.
उनका यह वीडियो अब सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा है और लोग तरह तरह की प्रतिक्रिया दे रहे हैं.
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार में सूचना सलाहकार शलभ मणि त्रिपाठी ने अपने ट्विटर पर यह वीडियो पोस्ट किया करते हुए राना के बयान की निंदा की है.

उनके इस बेहद आपतिजनक बयान पर कई सोशल मीडिया यूजर्स ने महिला आयोग से कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है. खबरों के अनुसार उन्होंने अपने बयान को वापस लेने या माफ़ी मांगने से मना कर दिया है.

इससे पहले मुनव्वर राना ने कहा था कि भूमि पूजन में प्रधानमंत्री को नहीं आना चाहिए था. साथ ही मुसलमानों को भी इसमें भागीदारी दी जानी चाहिए थी, मुनव्वर ने आगे कहा कि बाबरी मस्जिद गिर जाने के बाद जिस इंसाफ की उम्मीद थी वह नहीं मिला.

ज्ञात रहे कि अयोध्या में राममंदिर का निर्माण सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद हो रहा है.  सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राम मंदिर मामले की सुनवाई के लिए 5 सदस्यीय पीठ का गठन किया था, जिसने गहन सुनवाई के बाद इस पर फैसला किया. लेकिन बावजूद इसके मुनव्वर राना ने इसे भारत का आंतरिक मामला मानने से भी इंकार कर दिया और कहा कि पूरी दुनिया जानती है कि क्या हुआ लेकिन कहने के लिए कोई भी मुल्क कह दे कि फलाँ मेरा अंदरूनी मामला है। उन्होंने कहा कि दिलों में जो नफ़रतें होती हैं, उसका क्या?
